1. How long does it take to get my order?

NORTH AMERICA:
United States: 7-10 business days (Expedited Shipping: 4-7 Business Days)
Canada: 10-20 business days

OCEANIA:
Australia: 5-8 business days

United Kingdom: 5-8 business days (Expedited Shipping: 3-5 Business Days)

2. How much is shipping?

No shipping fee if order is $99, otherwise $5.99 shipping fee will be charged.
If you want to get your order even faster, we also provide Expedited Shipping option for US $12.

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Please allow 1 business day for our warehouse to process your order before it is shipped.

For Pre-sale Items, Our team has been working diligently to ensure that your product is packaged securely and will be dispatched early.

4. About Express Carriers:

Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc., Different logistics methods are used according to different regions.

Returns

1. What is the Urbivac return policy?

You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of you receiving the products.

After 7 days your item is not eligible for return.

All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging.

Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

2. Refund process time

Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original form of payment. (For returned items, a refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund will be excluded from the shipping fee and handling fees.)

3. Return fee

If the return is caused by quality problems, we will bear the shipping cost, but the customer will bear the shipping cost for the undesired return.

4. Return exclusions

We do not accept items that were not purchased directly from www.urbivac.com.

To return your item please follow the return policy of the retailer or website used to make the original purchase.

For items purchased from other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them for returns, exchanges, or warranty.
